3. Use of Our Service

You agree to use VFX Engine in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not engage in any activities that could disrupt or interfere with the functionality of the website or the experience of other users.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of VFX Engine or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Content Policy

Effective Date: February 11, 2026

1. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on VFX Engine. Attempting to generate, upload, or share any of the following will result in content removal and account enforcement actions:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content sexualizing minors — zero tolerance, immediate permanent ban
  • Explicit sexual content, nudity, or pornography
  • Graphic violence, gore, torture, or depictions of real-world atrocities
  • Hate speech, slurs, or content targeting protected groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
  • Content promoting terrorism, extremism, or illegal activities
  • Non-consensual deepfakes of real people, especially in sexual or violent contexts
  • Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights

2. Enforcement — Strike System

VFX Engine uses automated content moderation to detect prohibited content before generation. Violations are handled through a progressive strike system:

  • Strike 1: Generation blocked. Warning issued to account.
  • Strike 2: Generation blocked. Final warning — account is at risk of suspension.
  • Strike 3: Account permanently suspended. All generation capabilities revoked.

For the most severe violations (CSAM, content involving minors), accounts are permanently suspended immediately without prior strikes. Such incidents may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

3. Public Gallery

Generated content is displayed in the public gallery by default. Users may report inappropriate content via the Report button on any gallery item. Reported content is immediately hidden from public view and reviewed by our moderation team. If a report is validated, the content creator receives a strike.

4. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the content of their prompts and uploaded images. VFX Engine provides AI generation tools but does not endorse, approve, or take responsibility for user-generated content. By using our service, you agree not to attempt to circumvent content filters or generate prohibited content.

5. DMCA Takedown

If you believe content on VFX Engine infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at info@VFXEngine.com with a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the infringing content, and your contact information.

6. Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may appeal by contacting support@VFXEngine.com. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.
